Cards will be shuffled before each hand and dealt singly.
All 52 cards will be dealt, except the 2 of diamonds and the 2 of hearts which will be replaced by the two joker cards.
Each player should receive 13 cards..
Does 2 of clubs lead in spades
No spades may be played to the trick. In this variation, on this first trick it does not matter much in what order the four players play their cards – but if you want to be fussy then the holder of the 2 of clubs should lead, and the others play in clockwise order. The trick is won by the highest club played.
How do you win every time in spades
Take your tricks early, and take tricks with only the cards you intend to. taking extra tricks usually result in bags. However, if someone trumped your king of diamonds, you better win another trick. If you don’t have the Ace of Spades, but have the King and/or Queen, try to force the player with the Ace to play it.
What happens if you don’t make your bid in spades
If a team fails to achieve their bid, their score is not changed. There are rule variations that change this scoring (see Spades House Rules Options, below). If a player who bid Nil achieves their bid, 100 points is added to the team score (double for Blind Nil).

The trick is won by the player who plays the highest trump or if no trump was played, the player who played the highest card in the suit led. The player who wins the trick leads next. Play continues until none of the players have any cards left.

You can’t lead spades at any point in the game until the suit is broken. The breaking spades rule means that the suit is off-limits until someone trumps the lead of a side-suit or until a player on lead is down to only spades in his hand. After trump is broken, you may lead spades at any time.

Can you break spades on the first hand
The player to the dealer’s left plays first (“leads”). He may not lead with a spade unless his hand only includes spades. In fact, unless a player has no option, spades may never be led until the suit is “broken” (see below).

Trump variations. Borrowed from Hearts, a player may not lead a Spade until a Spade has been played as a trump card (when a non-Spade was led), unless he or she has only Spades. All 2s count as the highest spades.
